NEW PRAYER SQUARES MINISTRY Introducing the new Prayer Squares ministry! Please join us for a brief meeting after church on May 6 if you're interested in creating prayer squares for blankets and shawls. The squares from many hands will be crocheted or sewn into blankets/ shawls, rather like the laying on of hands for healing. No experience is necessary, and yarn & hooks/needles will be supplied. At the meeting, we'll talk about when and how often to meet, where to meet, who needs to learn the art (knitting or crocheting, right- or left-handed). It is a wonderfully magical ministry, and an opportunity for fellowship and the calm of needlework.
