This Week at Holy Family

GLASSES NEEDED During the International Folk Art Market, some Santa Fe medical providers offer clinics for artists. One of these clinics is optometry, which asks for donations of old eyeglasses. Adult and children sizes are accepted. A bag for donations is on the front table through June. Becky Darden will deliver the collection. Thank you!

WORSHIP IN THE PARK & PICNIC In conjunction with the Community Presence Committee, Holy Family is holding its July 14 Sunday worship service at SWAN Park. We have reserved the gazebo until 1pm that day and it's also a Picnic Potluck. Serving space and time is limited so we ask that you bring one (or more) of the following: sandwiches/subs (already made), cole slaw, potato salad, watermelon (cut into wedges with rind on), cookies, individual drinks (cans or plastic bottles). Please sign up on the sheet in the entryway and indicate the number of servings you are bringing, so the committee can supplement as needed in order to have enough for 40 people. There is also a signup for coolers with enough ice in them to keep things cool. The church will provide plates, napkins, forks, serving utensils and additional ice. If you think of something else our picnic can't live without, please talk with Kay Storr. Directions to SWAN Park from the church: Go to Highway 14 and turn left. Turn right onto Highway 599. Take the Jaguar Drive exit and go to the right. At the roundabout, take a right, then follow the road into SWAN Park. Go to the end of the road, where there is parking and the gazebo.

PRAYER SQUARES meets for knitting, crocheting, support and fellowship the second and fourth Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m. at church.  Next gatherings are July 10 and 24.

HOLY HIKES Our next Holy Hike will be the cross-country ski run near the Santa Fe ski basin on Saturday, July 13. We will meet there at 9 a.m. Details to follow.
